Skywatch Australia is an Australian based company shipping out of Victoria. All products are in stock and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order confirmation. All orders, including those going to New Zealand, are shipped via express overnight courier.
Shipping costs for all orders anywhere in Australia and New Zealand are free.
Shipping Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Orders will be delivered within 1-7 days depending on the shipping address in Australia or 5- 9 days for New Zealand deliveries.
If there is a significant order shipment delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, which will contain a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs and Duties
There are no customs or duties on Australia or New Zealand orders.
Our returns and refund policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning orders.
Prior to returning any product for replacement or refund, please contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com or text or phone on 0409698866 to receive specific instructions on where to mail the return and what information to include with the returning item.
The Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have expired since the purchase delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Should the product arrive damaged or faulty, a full refund will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required and the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any Item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery date.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, our customer service team will send an email notification indicating the returned purchase has been received and approval or rejection of the refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If credit for an approved refund hasn’t been received, check the bank account again, then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to the account. Next contact the bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
